What support can help with
- Understanding app privacy, local storage, deletion, and permissions.
- Using check-ins, craving prompts, meeting-resource links, trusted-contact actions, and journal features.
- Reporting app bugs, broken links, accessibility issues, or confusing disclosure copy.
- Requesting correction of App Store metadata or privacy-disclosure issues.
What support cannot do
- Provide medical advice, detox instructions, diagnosis, therapy, emergency counseling, or medication guidance.
- Act as a sponsor, clinician, fellowship representative, or emergency responder.
- Contact a sponsor, clinician, family member, or meeting contact on the user's behalf without a user-controlled iOS sharing action.
Release support channel
During TestFlight, use Apple's TestFlight feedback channel for app issues and screenshots. Before a public App Store release, the developer should add a monitored public support contact or support form to this page.
